At OnlineMechanic, our inspection service is very thorough. We do everything we can to make sure that our customers are satisfied with the quality and extent our service.
However, there are some things we cannot do.
We want to make sure you get the most out of your car inspection. That’s why we work with you during our quotation process to determine an affordable price for our mobile car inspections service.
A Travel fee may also be applied during the quotation process depending on the time and distance required.
If you need to cancel an inspection we only ask that you contact us within a reasonable time before the inspection is scheduled to take place.
In the event that you do decide to cancel we will offer you a full refund.
In the event that something changes with the time, day or location of a booking we will aim to reschedule an inspection that best suits everyone involved. If the inspection location changes to an area outside the Central Coast we will notify you immediately and let you know if there are any additional costs that may be involved.
If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, we will provide a full refund of the price paid for the inspection.
If for any reason you wish to cancel or reschedule please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues or concerns quickly and efficiently.
We are committed to providing a safe experience for all of our customers.
We understand that some of our customers may be concerned about the risks involved in having someone visit their home or workplace to carry out an inspection. For this reason, we offer a contactless service if preferred so that everyone can be assured of their safety at all times.
We follow the NSW Health recommendations for contactless service providers and maintain social distancing, mask wearing and any other requirements specified by our customers and NSW Health.
